When conservative commentator S. E. Cupp went on this week’s Real Time with Bill Maher and attempted to lecture Barney Frank about his “false argument” regarding Republicans and their never-ending quest to water down financial regulations on Wall Street’s behalf, she was left speechless and visibly flustered by a piercing question from the former Democratic Congressman that drew sharp applause of approval from the crowd.

At the risk of spoiling it for you, his one question was so devastating that she had no other option but to laugh nervously, look to the side for divine inspiration, and repeat her talking point without providing an answer.

Kudos to Barney Frank for putting her in her place as she tried to do her usual defense of indefensible Republican cronyism.
