In this video, a brave young woman blasts Jeb Bush at a town hall meeting in Reno, Nevada. Doubtless on his way to woo some casino moguls for millions in donation money, Jeb decided to stop and share a moment with the smallfolk. After hearing Jeb blame the creation of ISIS and the instability in the region on President Obama’s decision to withdraw from Iraq, nineteen-year-old Ivy Zeidrich couldn’t bear it any more.

After asking for a student question, Ivy schools Jeb and puts the blame where it belongs: “It was when 30,000 individuals who were part of the Iraqi military were forced out — they had no employment, they had no income, and they were left with access to all of the same arms and weapon,” she said. “Your brother created ISIS!”

She then goes on to blast him for his war-mongering approach: “saying that ISIS was created by us not having a presence in the Middle East when it’s pointless wars where we send young American men to die for the idea of American exceptionalism? Why are you spouting nationalist rhetoric to get us involved in more wars?”.

We applaud this brave young Democrat for standing up for the truth.
