In this video, President Obama announces a new set of sweeping climate change regulations that represent a significant step towards reducing our nation’s massive carbon footprint and slowing the snowballing effects of global warming and the melting of the ice caps.

It’s sure to be met with howls from the Republicans in Congress and the fossil fuel barons like the Koch Brothers that have bought them, but we may be seeing another executive order from the President- a desperately needed one. It’s reassuring to see our President taking matters in his own hands as and disregarding the obstructionist deniers that have been holding our nation back up to this point.
