Don’t speak to me about your religion; first show it to me in how you treat other people.
Don’t tell me how much you love your God; show me in how much you love all His children.
Don’t preach to me your passion for your faith; teach me through your compassion for your neighbors.
In the end, I’m not as interested in what you have to tell or sell as in how you choose to live and give.

The Senator from New Jersey is pro-choice and pro-LGBT rights. He advocates for education, saving the environment, voting rights, and helping the disadvantaged. Now a vegan, Booker is also an animal rights supporter. You can follow Booker via Cory Booker on Facebook and @Cory Booker on Twitter.
Special thanks to Pro-Choice Liberals for the sharable meme.
I saw Senator Booker speak in 2012 at a Planned Parenthood Rally. Much like Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders, Booker works for the people and is not afraid to speak his mind. It’s not only his words – it’s his actions that are leading him into national prominence, and many see him running for POTUS one day. As a Christian Liberal, I am grateful to men and women like Cory Booker, Benedictine Nun Joan Chittister, former U.S. President Jimmy Carter… who condemn religious hypocrisy.
Thank you, Senator Cory Booker, for having the courage to challenge church dogma and propaganda. We need more like you.
